We decided to register our land with the Soil Association, as we believe that because they demand high standards of both animal and land management, you, our customers can be guaranteed an organic meat product of great integrity and quality. Our cattle and sheep are reared naturally on grass from meadows of permanent pasture. This non G.M. diet, without hormones or re-cycled proteins, together with the highest standards of animal welfare, ensures a quality product of which we are very proud.
